• ABMCKS- A NGO (Founded in 1995 under Society Registration Act XXI, 1860 & Income Tax Act 1961 under 80G & 12A) a legal entity under the Constitution of India,has developed a resoluted health unit in name of MAX HEALTH CENTRE in 1999 to work in field of primary health sector at zero ground level in rural and urban area.
• This Health Centre are setup by Rural Health Worker, who are experienced not below three year with regular practice under the senior Doctor along with passed atleast board & must have health experience certificate.
• Max Health Centre work under the programme of Central Medical Facility.
• Mission of ABMCKS- A NGO with its Health Unit Max Health Centre to engaged all young experienced for provide health facility to needful patient at primary level at very zero ground level where no govt.
• facility regarding health and related health manpower like Doctor, Nurse, health worker and primary health unit there.
• Through our health unit worker, we provide health awareness programme.
• Max Health Centre is working under the associated with WHO, UNICEF & Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
• Each Health Centre has necessary range of medicine, First Aid Facility like bandage, saline or Glucose, Oxygen, facility of Doctor Advice through mobile communication, that is called tale medicine, if required. Facility for refer of serious patients to nearest hospital, facility of 4 bedded seat available for emergency stay, Some important medical device has available like weighting machine, B.P. Checking machine, ECG, clinical path lab for blood test at each health centre etc.
• Our each Health Center Incharge who is known as Swasthya Mitra or Swasthya Sakhi , are fully experienced and trained. And time to time, organisation is also arrange the training programme under the supervision of team of expert registered MBBS Doctors and Paramedical staff*.
• Time to time, a team of expert Doctor like Physician, Child Specialist and Gynecologist are visit for campaign as per the instruction of Indian Medical Association of related district.
• Arrangements for free medicine distribution after checkup have to provide with the help of donation amount.As there are no any fund allotted by Govt. of India to run this programme but have hope to receive any fund through donation.
• We emphasized on the awareness about the healthy living, specially to women in rural area & slum areas. We use good quality of medicine for free distribution.
• A team of unemployed women or girl aretake training and education in this health centre.After completion of training, she get certificate for to do work as Rural Swasthya Sakhi and MHC provide some medical kit for work in her society. We stand her morally in society.
• Rural Swasthya Sakhiwork parallel to ASHA, who are real health worker. We also prepare a list of health worker for health department.
• Max Health Centre runs as primary health unit under the programme of Central Medical Facility which contained Rural Health Worker, Primary health unit, Experienced Doctors, Clinical Lab, Medicine Centre &facility to referredthe patient to hospital either Govt. or Private.

• Each Max Health Centre is liable to sale medicine at very reasonable price so thatpatient can take treatment at home and may not carry any patient to outside of his village area. This would be saving of money and valuable time. Our future plan regarding medicine to attach each health Centre with Jan Aushadhi Scheme which is run by Ayush Dept. Govt. of India.
• All disease come from rural & slum area where life style are still very immature & unbalance. There is big requirement of Awareness in health & lifestyle. We want to control disease from there. No doubt, in urban area also found immature lifestyle. At least 65% diabetes and heart patient is found in rural area and 75% in urban area.

Purpose

ABMCKS-A NGO need funds globally for running charitable purposes like work on Health at Zero Ground Level with awareness and education for illiterate people (Women, Child & Labours). There are big hole in Rural Health Society since independence of India. Our Non-Profit Organisation works on it. So it need globally donation through Payment Gateway or through Cheque. As we have already get certification from Income Tax Department, Govt. of India under 80 G & 12A for get donation and tax assumption purposes. Hence we are appeal to all Indian Company which come under CSR for provide fund for Upliftement of rural sector especially for health.
