Refund of Fee and Non- Retention of Original Certificates
Introduction
AICPMSR on redressal of multifarious grievances of students against the complaints
regarding the non-refund of fees and retention of original certificates, council felt the
need to notify elaborate instructions and issue appropriate instructions in the form of
this notification to all study center and students.
Provisions
Council herewith lay down specific provision and consequent mandatory compliance
on the related issues.
1. Refund of fees by the institution concerned in the event of the withdrawal from
the programme by a students and
2. Verification and non- retention of academic and personal certificates of
students
Refund of Fees
1. Purchasing prospectus shall be the personal choice of the applicant and
he/she have right to decide against it in case he/she wishes to access the
information from the institutional website.
2. If any students have engaged in any academic activities, collecting advance
fees for the entire programme of study is strictly prohibited.
3. If student chooses to withdraw from the programme of study in which he/she
is enrolled, the institution concerned shall follow the following four – tier
system for the refund of fees remitted by the student.

Fees shell be refunded by all Institution to an eligible student within days from the date of receiving a written application from him/her in this regard.
In case, original certificate has issued, original certificate shall not be retained by the Institution under any circumstance. And fee shall not refund at any cost to the students. This is reserve right of the Institution

Your course and delivery of documents or related services are subject to the terms and conditions described the authenticity of the council. You agree to these terms and conditions with the service of Aicpmsr and satisfied for delivery of services & confirm dispatch. If any documents once release by council, Aicpmsr will not responsible for and will not have any liability regarding services you taken from direct or third parties. Aicpmsr not given any promise to surety of any Job and you will not claim to Aicpmsr for job and money, you have also agreed. However, here some following terms & condition which are applicable on each course.
Your Purchase. You are purchasing delivery and any related services you request (such as liability cover) from third parties and not from Aicpmsr. Aicpmsr is not responsible for and will not have any liability regarding services you purchase from direct or third parties.
Charges to Seller Account. By purchasing delivery or related services from direct or third parties via your account, you agree to pay the fees associated with those services directly to the Aicpmsr.
